Pernod Ricard has announced the signing and completion of the sale of Frïs Vodka to Sazerac.
“The disposal is in line with the Pernod Ricard strategy to focus on its priority spirits and wines brands,” the company says in a press release.
The value of the transaction will not be disclosed.
Frïs Vodka sells 250,000 9-litre cases in the USA annually, Pernod Ricard reports.
This continues a recently shopping spree by Sazerac, which owns Buffalo Trace, and earlier this year purchased Southern Comfort and Tuaca from Brown-Forman, and Paddy Irish Whisky from Pernod Ricard
