1 oz. VOV
2 oz. gin
1 oz. heavy cream
¾ oz. fresh lemon/lime juice
Few drops of orange blossom water
½ oz.-1 oz. Club Soda
Shaved black truffles for garnish (optional)
Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice. Strain into a fizz glass, without ice. Add club soda. For a festive holiday twist, garnish with shaved black truffles.
