2 oz. Ketel One vodka
5 Fresh watermelon cubes, muddled
1 oz. Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 oz. Simple syrup
5 Fresh-picked mint leaves
Combine ingredients in mixing tin and shake vigorously 20 times with ice. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
