1 part Drambuie
1 part Hendrick’s Gin
½ part Fresh lemon juice
½ part Honey syrup
2 parts Champagne
Combine ingredients (except Champagne) and shake well. Strain up into a coupe and top with Champagne. Garnish with a spritzed orange peel.
