Single Malt lowland Scotch company Auchentoshan has introduced American Oak, a new Scotch matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks. With flavors of vanilla, caramelized, sugar, coconut and oak spices, according to the company, the new spirit is 81.5% ABV. American Oak is available for a suggested retail price of $39.99 for a 750-ml. bottle.
