West Cork Irish Whiskey was recently introduced by M.S. Walker, available in Original Classic Blend and 10-year Single Malt. Both bottled at 80 proof, the blend is aged in Bourbon casks, while the single malt is non-chill filtered and aged in first-fill, flame charred Bourbon barrels. The new West Cork whiskeys are available for $26.99 and $39.99 for 750-ml. bottles.
