2 oz. Barrow’s Intense ginger liqueur
2 oz. Apple cider
1 oz. Don Q aged white rum
Splash soda
1 Fresh sage leaf
Muddle sage leaf in a tall glass. Add ice and rest of ingredients. Stir and garnish with an apple slice.
