Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin

35 Maple Street Spirits has created Uncle Val’s Restorative Gin, which joins the company’s line-up of rum and whiskies. With flavors of Juniper, cucumber, lemon, sage and lavender, the gin is named after company president August Sebastian’s Uncle Valerio. Uncle Val’s is available for a suggested retail price of $39 for a 750-ml. bottle.
