The Mirage Hotel and Casino’s patio bar recently announced the addition of Lillian Hargrove to their team. From the press release:
Cool Caribbean-inspired patio bar, RHUMBAR, located inside the Mirage Hotel and Casino, has recently welcomed Lillian Hargrove to their team as lead bartender and award-winning mixologist.
Hargrove’s notable resume includes recently being named Campari’s “Best Aperitivo” Las Vegas Champion. Bringing years of mixology experience to the RHUMBAR team, the addition of Hargrove’s mixology background and knowledge allows the cocktail lounge to build and expand upon their classic signature menu.
With years of working at popular bars such as Vesper Bar inside of the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Hargrove has taken the reigns, managing RHUMBAR’s expert team of bartenders. With all of her new duties, she still has time to perfect each and every libation that makes its way out of the bar, ensuring its flavor and consistency.
