Netherlands-based De Kuyper, which owns several spirits and liqueur brands, reached an agreement with Royal Dutch Distillers to import its Chocovine portfolio in the U.S. From the press release:

Today, De Kuyper Holding NV based in Schiedam, the Netherlands has reached agreement with Clever Imports LLC that its Miami based subsidiary, Royal Dutch Distillers, Inc, will as of today act as importer of the Chocovine portfolio in the United States.
Royal Dutch Distillers appoints Park Street Imports (FL) as import service provider and Riondo USA (NJ) as Sales and Marketing agents for the US territory.
De Kuyper Holding NV is the owner and manufacturer of several premium spirits and liqueur brands like among others, Mandarine Napoléon and Chocovine.
