1 ½ oz. White rum


1 oz. Blue curacao


3 oz. Lemonade Sparkling ICE


Fresh berries (for garnish)


Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until it becomes slushy. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh berries.

2 oz. Crater Lake Sweet Ginger vodka


2 oz. Pear juice


Champagne

½ oz. Tanduay Gold Asian rum


4 oz. Gekkeikan Haiku sake


¾ oz. Lychee syrup


1 oz. Pineapple juice

Pour ingredients into mixing tin. Spindle-mix, then pour over ice. Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda and garnish with fresh fruit.

1 ½  parts Sauza Blue Reposado 100% Agave tequila


1 ½ parts Frozen piña colada mix


1 ½ parts Mango sorbet


2 parts Ice

In a blender, combine tequila, frozen piña colada mix, mango sorbet, and ice until smooth. Optional: Rim your cocktail glasses with coconut shavings and garnish with a pineapple slice. Serve immediately.

Spicy Watermelon Fresca


1 ½ oz. Partida Blanco tequila


¾ oz. Cointreau


4 to 5 pieces Watermelon


2 strips Jalapeno (cut from top to bottom of jalapeno)


 


Muddle the watermelon and jalapeno in a mixing glass. Add other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Splash of DeKuyper Triple Sec


Splash of diet lemon-lime soda
