It’s another round of summer beer cocktails for Red Robin. The gourmet burger chain Red Robin has added two new flavors to its line of “Can-Crafted” beer-and-liquor drinks served in a reusable beer can cup. The Wildbeer-y mixes Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Redd’s Strawberry Ale, Red Robin’s strawberry-raspberry purée and Minute Maid Lemonade, and the Beer ‘Rita combines Sauza Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila, Triple Sec, and Red Robin’s house-made sweet-and-sour mix topped with a cold Coronita beer.
Red Robin had launched its beer cocktails a year ago with two drinks, one using Coors Light and the other made with Blue Moon. The Can-Crafted Cocktail vessels were designed for Red Robin by the brand’s master mixologist Donna Ruch. The chain also created a limited edition can with iconic American Baseball Flag artwork specifically for the Wildbeer-y cocktail; the can is available for purchase for $3 while supplies last.
Founded in 1969, Greenwood Village, CO-based Red Robin operates nearly 500 restaurants across the U.S. and Canada. Other new cocktails on Red Robin’s summer drinks menu include the Orange Blitz, an adults-only version of the classic Creamsicle featuring Pinnacle Whipped vodka, orange juice, Sprite, a burst of candied orange flavor, topped with whipped cream and a fresh orange wedge; and the Green Tea Twist, a riff on the Long Island Iced Tea made with Beefeater gin, Svedka Clementine vodka, Bacardi Superior rum, Triple Sec, Red Robin’s house-made sweet-and-sour mix, green tea and club soda.
