This guy redefines the sustainable ecosystem. There are pigs, horses and cows hanging out in the vineyards, and the grapes apparently eat it up.
And the wine is sexy. It drinks deep and rich–an earthy bomb you can chomp. It’s like when you eat great fruit over a sink, it explodes: fruit, mineral, salt–delicious.”
